The location suited me well, placing me close to the ferry terminals.
I found remnants of mold in the grout within the shower. The toilets were also a struggle to flush properly so I hope they fix it soon.

I found the proximity to the harbor and opera house excellent. The bed was amazing, so big and comfy. Breakfast was great with so many choices. Complimentary water in the room proved very helpful.
The wallpaper in my room was peeling a bit. I noticed some areas in the bathroom needed a deeper cleaning.

The gym included several cardio machines plus weights. I saw equipment for a decent workout available. The lobby was busy but moved people through quickly. Concierge service looked helpful.
